A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Ser297) of human FCGRT (NP_004098.1) was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human B2M (NP_004039.1) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the human FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified. The purified heterodimer was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

The recombinant heterodimer of human FCGRT/B2M comprises 399 (300+99) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 45.3 (33.6+11.7) KDa.
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃ Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
